Atlanta Division Memorial Day service
Waste Pro will be operating as usual on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. There will be no service delays for the following routes and customers:
- City of Doraville Routes 604 & 704 (Regular Schedule)
- Roswell (Regular Schedule)
- Clarkston (Regular Schedule)
- Open Market Customers (Regular Schedule)
Holiday Schedule
Waste Pro may observe any of the following holidays. If holidays are observed Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling. Please check your local municipality’s web page for more information.
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If collections are suspended for a holiday, collection schedules will be shifted. For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
If a holiday is observed on a Monday, for Doraville residents, services will not change.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.
For more than a decade, Waste Pro has been providing trash and recycling services to residents in the Atlanta area. The division is home to 80 employees who operate 50 trucks to service approximately 46,000 residential customers and 4,000 commercial customers in Gwinnett County.
In 2015, we took our commitment to going green a step further by opening a recycling facility, American Recycling of Georgia, in the city of Atlanta. Waste Pro has invested more than $37 million in local operations to ensure we have the resources to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Our team is also committed to giving back to the communities we serve, which is why we are involved in Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful, team up with our local schools for touch-a-truck and recycling events, collect items for the annual America Recycles Day, and more.
We provide commercial and residential solid waste and recycling collection, in addition to construction services in your area.
