January 28, 2026 – Service Update – One-Day Delay
Solid waste and recycling collection services have resumed and will operate on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week. Please place containers out on your regular service day and leave them curbside until service is completed. Some delays may occur as crews work to service all routes as quickly and safely as possible. Waste Pro will continue to monitor conditions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

January 28, 2026 – At this time, collection services are suspended until further notice for local municipalities. Waste Pro management is closely monitoring potential inclement weather and following guidance from local emergency management municipalities. Please continue to monitor the Waste Pro website and your local municipal websites for collection updates and additional service-related information.

Holiday Schedule
In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.
As service expands into two states, Waste Pro’s Charlotte South division has a team of 56 dedicated employees who operate 35 trucks each day. The division’s footprint covers 32,000 residential customers and 1,500 commercial customers across Monroe, Belmont, Bessemer City, Village of Lake Park, and Marshville, as well as Fort Mill, located in South Carolina. Waste Pro has invested nearly $22 million in its local operations to provide residents of the South Charlotte area with exceptional service.
