In Ascension Parish, customers who normally receive Tuesday service will be serviced today (Feb. 17); Monday and Thursday customers will be serviced tomorrow and Friday; Friday routes will be collected on Friday and Saturday.

In Livingston Parish, Thursday routes will be run as normal tomorrow (Feb. 18) in addition to picking up those who normally receive Monday and Tuesday service.

Due to inclement weather, your next garbage collection will be on January 2nd.  We apologize for this inconvenience. Understanding the impacts from the modified holiday schedule and inclement weather, Buncombe County Landfill will be allowing current Waste Pro subscribers who have Friday collection to dispose up to five bags of trash at no charge. This offer is available from Monday, Dec. 28th, through Thursday, Dec. 31st.

Due to Hurricane Eta, Pinellas County Solid Waste will be closed tomorrow, November 12, 2020. As a result, our Clearwater office will also be closed and no collections will occur.

North Redington Beach: All residents will be serviced Friday, 11/13/2020.

Dunedin: Collections will be delayed one day. Residents who normally receive Thursday pickup will be serviced Friday. Those who normally receive Friday pickup will be serviced Saturday.

Due to the anticipated winds from Tropical Storm Eta, residential garbage, yard waste and recycling collection will be suspended on Monday, November 9, 2020. Regular household collections will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. Monday’s collections will be picked up Tuesday, Tuesday’s collections will be picked up Wednesday and so on through Saturday. (Collections will occur on Veterans Day.) Bulk item collection will also be delayed by one day. We ask residents to remove anything outside their homes that could blow away during the storm, including garbage cans, lids and recycle carts and store them inside.

As we all shift toward cleaning up and recovery actions after Hurricane Zeta we hope everyone has made it through without major incidents. We will be resuming collection services tomorrow, October 30th.

For recycling and those customers that receive once a week garbage collection today’s (Thursday’s) route will be picked up on Friday and Friday’s will be picked up on Saturday. For those that receive twice a week garbage collection today’s (Thursday’s) route will be skipped. Friday’s route will be picked up Friday and Saturday’s route on Saturday.

Recycling and yard waste service will resume normal pickup effective Monday, September 28th.

Due to damage sustained at the recycling center, recycle containers may be serviced along with the garbage.

Yard debris must be properly prepared:

Place bagged, bundled, or canned yard waste within two feet of the curb away from the street/road. Small yard waste, such as, leaves, pine straw, and grass clippings, must be contained in standard garbage containers or plastic or paper bags that do not exceed 32 gallons in size, or weigh more than 50 pounds when full. Cut limbs should not exceed (6) feet in length, (6) inches in diameter or exceed 50 pounds in weight, and must be bundled.  Bundles shall be securely tied.

As we closely monitor Hurricane Dorian we have decided to close our Jacksonville Division on Wednesday 9/4/2019. The division will reopen on Thursday 9/5/2019.


UPDATED 9/2/2019 – ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF DAYTONA BEACH, FL AND SURROUNDING AREAS

All Daytona Beach Division operations are running today on their regular Monday schedules. If conditions worsen, we may have to suspend operations. There is a mandatory evacuation order for all beachside residents starting on Monday through 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. Bridge closures are possible if sustained wind reaches 40 MPH.

All operations will be suspended tomorrow (Tuesday).

Wednesday operations will be determined based on conditions.


UPDATED 8/31/2019 – ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF LEE COUNTY, FL

As a result of the change in Hurricane Dorian’s path, Lee County will now be open for business on Tuesday. That means Waste Pro will operate on its normal holiday schedule beginning Tuesday and lasting through the remainder of the week, including Saturday. Service will run on a one-day delay: those who regularly have Monday service will be collected on Tuesday, those regularly scheduled for Tuesday will be collected Wednesday, and so on. Thank you for your understanding.

Lee County Solid Waste asks that you do NOT place any yard waste at your curb this weekend.
Regular trash, recycling and yard waste pick up will happen today and Saturday.
The Lee County Buckingham campus will be open to the public until noon Saturday.
There will be no collection of trash, yard waste or recycling countywide – including all cities – on Monday and Tuesday.
The county will make an announcement related to collections in advance of Wednesday.

Due to Tropical Storm Alberto and in conjunction with Santa Rosa County landfill closure, collection services have been suspended for Monday, May 28th for all residential Waste Pro customers in the South Santa Rosa County area.  Services will resume Tuesday, May 29th, road conditions permitting.

Collection schedule is as follows:

Navarre Customers – Collection of Monday garbage routes will occur on Thursday, May 31st. Recycling and yard waste services will occur on a one day delay.

Gulf Breeze Customers – Collection of Monday garbage routes will occur on Thursday, May 31st. Recycling services will occur on a one day delay. Yard waste collection services will occur as scheduled.
