Due to the probable impact of Hurricane Milton, services to customers in Palm Beach will be suspended on Thursday October 10th. All services scheduled on that day will be rescheduled to their next regular service day. No make up days will be planned.

10/11/2024 Putnam County Weather Update
Due to the impact of Hurricane Milton, Waste Pro’s Putnam County location has the following service changes:
Wednesday services will run on Friday, October 11.
Thursday and Friday residential trash services ONLY will run on Saturday, October 12. Yard waste and recycling services will resume on Monday, October 14, for these customers. Please do not set out for these services this week.

10/8/2024 Jacksonville Weather Update
Attention Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach Customers:
Due to the probable impact of Hurricane Milton, collection changes will occur.
There will be no services on Thursday, October 10th, for both the City of Jacksonville and the City of Jacksonville Beach.
The City of Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach Customers will be collected on a one-day delay.
- Thursday collections will be done on Friday
- Friday collections will be done on Saturday
The City of Jacksonville will have the following changes:
- Thursday routes will be collected on Saturday
- Friday routes will be collected as scheduled on Friday
County officials have closed Trail Ridge Landfill, and Otis Landfill will be closed on Thursday, prompting the schedule changes for both communities.

10/9/24 Daytona Beach Weather Update
Attention Daytona Beach customers:
Due to Hurricane Milton’s probable impact, the local Daytona Waste Pro office will be closed and Thursday, October 10th and Friday, October 11th.
We strongly encourage you NOT to put any additional yard waste debris on the streets. If your pile has not been picked up by 5:00 PM Tuesday, October 8th, please remove all items and secure it as best you can until after the storm passes. These items can be dangerous in high winds and severe weather.
All services will be suspended on Thursday, October 10th and Friday, October 11th.
Services will be rescheduled as follows:
City of Daytona Beach Customers:
Thursday services will be Monday, October 14th,
Friday services will be picked up on Saturday, October 12th.
City of Oak Hill, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, Holly Hill and New Smyrna Beach Customers:
Thursday services will be picked up on Saturday, October 12th.

10/10/24 Asheville Solid Waste Collection Service Update
October 10, 2024 – Our priorities in this unprecedented time are the safety of our employees and the communities we serve.
Commercial Service Update – Waste Pro of Asheville will provide services to Essential Commercial Customers only.
Thursday, October 10: Waste Pro will run normal routes for household trash to accessible locations in Arden and Fairview. Waste Pro will also have trucks located at Ingles 225 Charlotte Hwy, Asheville, and Glen Arden Elementary, 50 Pinehurst Circle, Arden.
- Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is for household bagged trash only.
Friday, October 11: Waste Pro will run regular routes in Weaverville and Barnardsville.
- Drop-off sites: Please drop off bagged household trash at the trucks located at North Buncombe Pool, 734 Clarks Chapel Road in Weaverville. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
