Waste Pro Kicks off 2016 Leadership Initiative March 4, 2016 On Thursday February 4th, Waste Pro launched the 2016 Leadership Initiative – a companywide mentorship program designed to develop a vibrant second generation of young leaders. Members of this inaugural class were chosen by their RVPs. The meeting featured inspiring words from corporate executives as well as a discussion on the meaning of effective management. The meeting took place Waste Pro’s corporate headquarters in Longwood, FL. Director of Human Resources Shannon Early provided an in-depth look at the goals, structure and responsibilities involved in a mentoring program. Along with Shannon, CEO Chris Ciaccio, CFO Cort Sabina, CMO Ron Pecora and Corporate Safety Manager Josh Densberger shared how key events in their background helped to shape them as leaders.
