Following Hurricane Isaias, Waste Pro’s Pensacola Division is working to resume services as safely as possible. Due to ongoing road conditions, some residential garbage (MSW) routes may not be accessible, and delays are expected.
At this time, yard waste, recycling and bulk pickup services are suspended until further notice. Our team will do the best we can to service accessible routes as conditions allow.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work to safely navigate road conditions and restore regular service. The safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.

Holiday Schedule
In observance of Labor Day, September 7, 2026, our offices will be closed. Residential services will be on a one- day delay; please see below for the schedule. Commercial operations will also be delayed. To check your schedule, please call our local office.
In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.

For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.
We provide your area’s commercial and residential solid waste and recycling collection and construction services.
To pay your bill by phone, there is a $4.95 fee. Customers can also click the Green BILL PAY button at the top of the screen to pay online.
