In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.

- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.
- Monday moves to Tuesday
- Tuesday moves to Wednesday
- Wednesday moves to Thursday
- Thursday moves to Friday
- Friday moves to Saturday
For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.

For 15 years, Waste Pro has been proud to be Buncombe County’s trusted waste collection provider. Together, we’ve weathered storms and built a partnership that we deeply value. Recently, the County made the decision to award the contract to FCC Environmental (Fomento de Construcciounes y Contratas, S.A., a company based out of Spain). This decision comes despite Waste Pro offering the lowest bid with a proven track record of success right here in Buncombe County.
While this changes our role in the community, we’re not saying “adios”. You’ll continue to see our trucks serving Buncombe County businesses with our reliable commercial waste services as well as residents in neighboring counties.
So, when you see our trucks rolling down the street, be sure to wave!
