Communications
Waste Pro’s goal is to have a “one-stop” shop to efficiently manage customer issues. We will ensure the messages left on voicemail are returned within a timely manner. We will also ensure email requests for service and other inquiries receive prompt attention.
Waste Pro is partnering with Buncombe County Officials to provide clear messaging concerning the solid waste collection policies and practices within the County and how residents can obtain new service.
Operations
Waste Pro deployed 9 auditors to follow our trucks and ensure they have accurate data on who is/isn’t a current customer. Audits are occurring on garbage/solid waste routes first and will then progress to recycling routes.
Equipment
Waste Pro has invested in cutting edge technology to enhance our service documentation with the use of geographic coordinates for every customer. The new system utilizes Air Track, which tracks the activity of our collection vehicles, including the capability to record service data using both GPS coordinates and a video camera system on every vehicle.
Waste Pro has purchased five (5) C3500 four-wheel drive trucks with 8-yard tipping beds to service narrower roads and hard to reach rural areas, eliminating the need for piling garbage at the corners of neighborhoods.
