WINTER PARK, FL – June 2, 2023 – Waste Pro’s Platt Loftis, Director of Government Affairs in the Central Florida Region, was honored by the Winter Park Chamber for graduating from Leadership Winter Park 2022 – 2023 Class XXXIII.
Leadership Winter Park is a Winter Park Chamber of Commerce program that equips and mobilizes advanced-level leaders and community trustees for Winter Park and the Central Florida region. The program offers a behind-the-scenes look at and study of the critical issues and challenges facing Winter Park.
Each class is comprised of individuals who are interested in Winter Park and are eager to become involved in the decision-making process within the community, desire to enhance Winter Park’s quality of life, and are active in local civic or professional organizations.

Platt has been a valued member of Waste Pro’s Central Florida Region since 2006, and we are excited to celebrate this accomplishment. He is an active member in the local community including serving on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America of Central Florida, a Committee Member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 787, a Board Member of Boys and Girls Clubs of both Seminole and Lake Counties, and a Class of ‘21 Leadership Seminole graduate.
