On Thursday February 4th, Waste Pro launched the 2016 Leadership Initiative – a companywide mentorship program designed to develop a vibrant second generation of young leaders. Members of this inaugural class were chosen by their RVPs. The meeting featured inspiring words from corporate executives as well as a discussion on the meaning of effective management. The meeting took place Waste Pro’s corporate headquarters in Longwood, FL.
Director of Human Resources Shannon Early provided an in-depth look at the goals, structure and responsibilities involved in a mentoring program. Along with Shannon,
CEO Chris Ciaccio, CFO Cort Sabina, CMO Ron Pecora and Corporate Safety Manager Josh Densberger shared how key events in their background helped to shape them as leaders.
The goal of the Leadership Initiative is to maintain Waste Pro’s culture of “Caring for Our Communities” and to ensure that the next generation of leaders can continue to implement a business model that reflects the core values of the company, because there is no other way than the Waste Pro Way.
