2025 Holiday Schedule

In observance of these holidays, Waste Pro will not be collecting solid waste and recycling.

  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

For the remainder of the week, service will occur the next day.

  • Monday moves to Tuesday
  • Tuesday moves to Wednesday
  • Wednesday moves to Thursday
  • Thursday moves to Friday
  • Friday moves to Saturday

For all other holidays, there will be no service interruptions.

    Public Service Announcement – Changes to Recycling Services

    Please be advised of the following update to recycling services in Wakulla County:

    • Service Change: Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, Waste Pro will no longer provide curbside recycling pickup in Wakulla County.
    • Keep Your Bin: Residents may keep their recycling bins for personal use.
    • Free Drop-Off Option: Citizens who wish to continue recycling can bring recyclable materials to the Wakulla County Landfill (Transfer Station) at 159 Landfill Rd., Crawfordville, FL. There is no cost for recyclable drop-off.
