How are my services changing?
Waste Pro will deliver all new garbage and yard waste carts to all residents within the Town limits.
What are the pick-up schedules?
· Garbage curbside collection will occur weekly on Monday.
· Yard Waste curbside collection will occur weekly on Monday, the same day as your garbage collection.
Will my containers change?
Waste Pro will provide new 96-gallon trash and New 96-gallon yard waste carts.
Each Resident will receive one cart for solid waste and one cart for yard waste.
All carts will have the Waste Pro logo on both sides.
Where do I put my new containers for pick-up?
· Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house
· 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc.
· Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street
When do I put my carts at the curb for collection?
Carts must be at the curb by 7:00 am on Monday.

Residential Solid Waste Collection (Garbage)
- Please place your household garbage curbside by 7:00 a.m.
- Waste Pro provides collection and disposal services for all household garbage generated by residential customers.
- Garbage must be properly containerized in the Waste Pro container provided.
- Household garbage will only be collected when properly placed in the Waste Pro 96-gallon green cart with a Blue lid.
- No Garbage material outside of the cart will be collected.
- Carts should be placed curbside, with the handle facing your house
- 3 feet from vehicles, shrubs, hydrants, mailboxes, and other carts, etc.
- Do not block sidewalks or place carts in the street
- An additional container can be provided for a monthly fee by contacting Waste Pro directly.
- If you are physically unable to place your containers curbside, you may request a medical waiver from the Town, qualifying you for side-door services.

RESIDENTIAL YARD WASTE COLLECTION
Household Yard Waste is collected once per week curbside.
Yard Waste, which is composed of grass clippings, leaves, tree limbs (small caliber) and shrubbery trimmings. Collection of yard waste shall include removal of all yard waste material that is properly prepared by the customer.
- Household garbage will only be collected when properly placed in the Waste Pro 96-gallon green cart with a Brown lid and/or;
- Collect up to twenty (20) paper lawn/leaf bags per household weekly. Such bags shall be paper in product and no larger than 30 gallons.
- Each bag placed out for collection may weigh no more than thirty (30) pounds.
- Limbs -shall be cut in four (4) feet lengths, three (3) feet height, stacked and no more than three (3) stacks. Diameter not to exceed four (4) inches. Tree trunks, stumps, root balls and firewood will not be collected.
- Christmas trees, garland, and wreaths until February 1st. To be collected, these items must be stripped of all wires, lights, ornaments, or any other inorganic material and placed at the curb.
- No collection of yard waste from businesses or resulting from the operation of any businesses or commercial endeavors including businesses conducted from or in a residential unit.
