Rob Grimm has more than 15 years of experience in information technology and business solutions, with a wide array of expertise in project management, data center design, life cycle management, and business processes. Before joining Waste Pro, Rob held Director positions in information technology and marketing, aligning top-performing teams in the transportation and construction industries.
Rob joined Waste Pro in 2016 as Director of Information Systems. In this role, he managed a team of IT professionals focused on modernizing data centers, processing facilities, and offices across Waste Pro’s footprint.
In 2022, Rob was promoted to Chief Information Officer. He continues to lead Waste Pro’s digital strategy, ensuring the adoption of infrastructure, security, business systems, and telecommunications to meet employee and customer needs today and into the future. Business continuity and smooth operations will continue to be at the forefront of his team’s efforts.
He is also currently leading Waste Pro’s ERP modernization project to deploy SAP S4/HANA. This upgrade will allow Waste Pro to continue growth beyond $1 billion. In addition, the integrated system will increase efficiency and provide greater insight and additional customer experience enhancements.
Rob has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Logistics from Penn State University.
