Account information was transferred from the previous provider to Waste Pro. The quantity of trash carts previously listed in your account will be provided to you during the rollout. If you have registered for a recycling cart as of Friday, September 9, 2017, you will also receive that cart during the rollout. Any recycling cart requests received after the above date will be delivered in the coming weeks following the initial cart transition. If you are interested in additional carts for either recycling or trash collection please contact Waste Pro.
Trash and recycling will be collected weekly on your established service day. Some residences may be impacted by a service day change. Please look for your service day information sticker located on the carts during the rollout.
No. All customers must utilize Waste Pro issued trash and recycling carts or it will not be serviced.
Once you receive your Waste Pro issued cart(s) please leave your existing carts at the street to be collected by the current service provider.
Please begin using Waste Pro carts during the week of October 2, 2017. You may experience a period of time in which you have carts from both service providers. Please be patient as we work through the transition phase of delivery and collection.

A description of acceptable items is permanently stamped on the recycling cart lid and are also listed here. All acceptable materials may be mixed and should be placed loose inside the cart.
