What Materials Do We Accept For Free?
We accept concrete, asphalt, pavers, and dirt free of charge.
What Materials Are Accepted?
We also accept tile (roof or floor), porcelain, and brick. Please call for more details and pricing options. Click here for the full list
Are There Materials Are NOT Accept?
At this time, we are not equipped to accept electronics (such as televisions, computers, etc.), hazardous waste, most metals (including aluminum), yard waste, and household waste.
What Services Do You Offer?
Central Pinellas Recycling will accept any of the materials listed above. We then crush and recycle those materials for future use in construction projects around Pinellas County.
Do I Need to Call Ahead?
There is no need to call ahead during normal business hours, please scroll to the bottom of the page for hours. If you need help after hours or on weekends, please call us, and we will try to accommodate you.
Should My Material Be Pre-Sorted?
We accept only uncontaminated materials free of garbage, wood, paper, etc. Rebar is fine, as we can separate it ourselves. We do accept mixed recycling materials at this facility.
When Are You Open?
Central Pinellas Recycling is open 7:00am to 5:00pm, five days a week. If you need help after hours or on weekends, please call us and we will try to accommodate you.
Is there a Minimum or Maximum Load Size?
No, we will accept drop-offs of all sizes big or small.
Do I Need My Own Machines to Unload?
Generally, we do not help you with your materials, and you should bring whatever tools or machines you will need to unload. However, in cases of emergencies we may be able to provide some assistance. Please call for more details.
