Waste Pro Appoints Tim Herman Chief Operating Officer

LONGWOOD, FL – July 19th, 2017– Waste Pro has announced the appointment of industry veteran Tim Herman as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Herman served as Waste Pro’s Chief Development Officer, focusing on opportunities for the company, overseeing strategic growth via acquisition and major accounts.


With a 30-year career in the waste industry, Herman is well known as an innovator and entrepreneur, having built two of the industry’s largest brokerage firms and has led a number of solid waste and recycling companies.  Early in his career he was Chief Operating Officer for Texas Disposal.

Herman has extensive knowledge and experience in the development and growth of companies, in addition to garnering operational expertise as a result of these ventures and serving in leadership capacities at several solid waste and recycling companies.  Previously, he founded Weiswaste and Delta Management Group – two of the nation’s largest waste brokerage firms.
