Plus a dedicated Waste Pro support representative in your area will be available to assist you as needed. We also offer front load service and roll-off service for temporary needs, as well as commercial and construction dumpsters, in addition to compactors for business use.
- [Dumpster Rental](https://www.wasteprousa.com/business-service/dumpster-rental/): Dumpster rentals are provided using large containers that are delivered and then at a later date picked up to be emptied. The dumpsters for rent range in size from 15 to 40 cubic yards and are usually provided by Waste Pro. Construction and demolition customers use open top containers that are emptied on an on-call basis. Permanent commercial customers use either open top containers or closed compactor containers and they are serviced on either an on-call or a scheduled basis.

The region includes five hauling facilities in Florida in Midway, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Panama City, and Crestview and one in Alabama in Mobile as well as three satellite offices, two transfer stations, and four active landfills. Mi-Lim is the first woman to hold the role of Regional Vice President within the company.

His father, Michael Jennings, was an Irish immigrant who worked as a garbage man on Long Island and taught his son the importance of a diligent work ethic. The lessons he learned from his father translated into what is now Waste Pro’s mission: to create more sustainable, cost-effective waste and recycling solutions.

In this role, he is responsible for negotiating all waste disposal agreements across the company’s 12-state footprint and assists in managing acquisitions. He also oversees Waste Pro’s Coastal and Northeast Florida Regions, managing 12 hauling facilities, three satellite offices, four transfer stations, eight landfills, a recycling facility, and two CNG stations across north Florida and southern Alabama. In his regional leadership role, he supervises the work of 762 employees who operate 485 trucks each day, servicing more than 455,000 residential and nearly 11,000 commercial customers.
- [Robert Hyres](https://www.wasteprousa.com/leadership/robert-hyres/): Bob Hyres has more than 40 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. He is a recognized expert in all aspects of solid waste collection, recycling, processing, and disposal. He has been a leader in managing multiple large operations, complex municipal marketing groups, and in government affairs. He is also a Veteran of the United States Army.

A graduate of North Carolina State with a bachelor’s degree in History, Tim oversees the municipal marketing process companywide. He is a highly experienced senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. A Florida native, Mike received both his undergraduate degree and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University. Mike has a proven career track record of improving business processes, increasing productivity, developing alternative revenue opportunities, and increasing profitability—experience with creating and implementing standard operating procedures, processes, and tools to drive success.

As Communications Director for Waste Pro, she oversees all internal and external corporate communication strategies, including press releases, public/media relations, social media, branding, marketing, and company newsletters.
- [Romeo Vellutini](https://www.wasteprousa.com/leadership/romeo-vellutini/): Originally from Denver, Colorado, Romeo spent much of his life in Las Vegas. He joined the Waste Pro team in 2017 and has more than 25 years of experience in the Waste Industry. Prior to joining Waste Pro, he was an Area Safety Manager for a national waste service provider. He was instrumental in developing process improvements, claims and risk reduction, OSHA/DOT compliance, team building, and cultural change. One of his greatest accomplishments was when he and his team were recognized and awarded for finishing first in Safety Compliance companywide. He’s a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and resides in Debary, FL.

A graduate of Hampton University with a degree in marine and environmental science, Chip began his career working for Republic Services in 1998, fulfilling various positions over 16 years throughout the Carolinas and Virginia, including General Manager. Chip also served as a Territory Manager for Sara Lee, where he further developed his sales and management skills.

- [Kenny Skaggs](https://www.wasteprousa.com/leadership/kenny-skaggs/): Kenny Skaggs, a 3rd generation industry professional with 30 years of experience in the waste industry, started on the ground floor with a national hauler in St. Louis. Over the course of his career, he worked his way up as Operations Manager, District Manager, and most recently, Senior District Manager. In his most recent role, Kenny managed all aspects of operations of service districts including operation, fleet, disposal transfer, and fabrication of revenue of $4 million per month, doubled gross margins, and reduced injury and turnover rates.
- [Rick Chancey](https://www.wasteprousa.com/leadership/rick-chancey/): Rick has more than 30 years of experience in the solid waste industry. His career began in 1990 when he was fortunate to learn the business as a waste collection truck driver. Rick has been a longtime Waste Pro employee serving in Division Manager roles in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
- [Jerry Harrison](https://www.wasteprousa.com/leadership/jerry-harrison/): Jerry Harrison began his career in the waste industry in 1993 at a regional solid waste company in Lawrenceville, GA, where he gained experience operating every type of collection vehicle within the fleet. He worked through the ranks of the division, being promoted to Lead Driver then Supervisor. In 2000, Harrison joined a national solid waste company in Lilburn, GA as a Facility Manager, then transferred to the company’s Doraville, GA facility as Manager.

He began his career with a national waste hauler as a route auditor before going on to manage Burrtec Waste Industries, a private solid waste company in Southern California.

Jon prides himself on maintaining a strong team culture and brings a continued focus on safety, people, and customers to his position.

He began his career in 1990 with Chambers Development in several roles, including Operations Manager.
