We want you to be completely satisfied with your dumpster service so we will schedule any additional hauls, if needed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What are my payment options?<\/summary>\n<p>Payment for your dumpster rental is in advance with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your bank account information.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What materials are prohibited from dumping in a Waste Pro container?<\/summary>\n<p>An additional rate will be charged for any of the following &#8220;Unacceptable Materials&#8221; listed below, found in dumpster. If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project\/need is not completed, please call customer service at 1844-293-4285 for future options. We recommend all orders are placed at least 1-2 business days in advance to allow for processing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What if the driver comes for delivery or removal and I am not ready for the container to be dropped or removed?<\/summary>\n<p>Please note trip charges (Dry Run) will incur a supplementary cost per visit as listed in the agreement. If you are not ready to have your roll-off container picked up, delivered or serviced, you may change dates by calling 1-844-293-4285. Please remember that inactivity fee per diem will apply.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What if I need to keep my container longer\/have it removed sooner?<\/summary>\n<p>If you want to modify the dates when your dumpster rental is picked up, you may do so by calling 1-844-293-4285.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?<\/summary>\n<p>It is preferred, but not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. The driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. However, if an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional dry run charges, as terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How many tons can I put in my container?<\/summary>\n<p>Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy as compared to equal volumes of regular trash, wood, vinyl or aluminum siding, etc. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact Waste Pro&#8217;s customer service representative at 1-844-293-4285 for guidance on how much is allowed in the container. Do not fill the container above water level even with light material.
