Waste Pro drivers and helpers value the Waste Pro Way each day they go out on their routes, doing everything from bonding with residents to practicing safe driving. Naturally, keeping our customers and employees safe is one of our top priorities.

To reward drivers and helpers for their commitment to safety and customer service, Waste Pro awards an industry-high $10,000 Safety Award to drivers and $5,000 Safety Award to helpers who maintain a perfect safety record and provide exemplary customer service over a three year period.

Since the program’s inception in 2004, Waste Pro has awarded more than $10 million to over 1050 drivers and helpers who are dedicated to safely serving communities across our Southeastern footprint. To date, this includes more than 30 repeat winners, including one driver who is currently working on his seventh award.
