Waste Pro Awarded new contracts to start in October

Waste Pro has recently been awarded three (3) new long-term exclusive municipal contracts which include over 90,000 homes, 2,000 businesses and the operation of a transfer station. The contracts are for Jacksonville, the City of Daytona Beach and the City of Quincy Florida. Jacksonville will be served from Waste Pro's existing Jacksonville facility beginning October 1, 2007. On the same date Waste Pro will begin the contract for the City of Daytona Beach. This contract will be serviced from a new facility that will be leased from the City of Daytona Beach. The City of Quincy contract also starts October 1, 2007 and will be serviced from Waste Pro’s new state-of the- art Tallahassee facility. The three (3) new contracts will be for the provision of solid waste and recycling collection and combined, will account for over $95,000,000.00 during their life. The contracts also contain provisions for long-term renewal options.

Waste Pro Continues Georgia and Florida Expansions

Waste Pro USA, Longwood, Fla., has announced the acquisition of A to Z Waste Services, Atlanta, the assets of Waste Management in Liberty County, Fla., and Choice Environmental in St. Lucie County, Fla. The new acquisitions will be tucked in to existing Waste Pro facilities. The new assets will result in an additional $7 million in annual revenue for Waste Pro. The acquisitions will also allow Waste Pro to internalize the Atlanta-area volume at its recently acquired Cherokee Landfill. Waste Pro welcomes Wayne Dodd, Pamela Dodd, Christine Grant and David Grant to the Waste Pro team of waste professionals.

Waste Pro Makes Several Acquisitions in Atlanta

Waste Pro USA, Inc., headquartered in Longwood Florida, has just completed the acquisition of the Acworth Transfer Station, the Cherokee C&D Landfill and the assets of Atlas Disposal, I-Haul and Titan Industries. The acquisitions will be combined with Waste Pro’s existing operations and allow Waste Pro to internalize 80% of its Atlanta area volume. After reorganization, this will add three locations in Acworth, Canton and downtown Atlanta which combine  with Waste Pro’s Norcross facility will cover all geographic sides of the large Atlanta market. The combined operations are expected to add twenty million dollars ($20,000,000.00) to Waste Pro’s Existing base.

John Jennings, Waste Pro’s CEO, is pleased to welcome the top management from the acquired companies. Jeff Monahan, Kyle Medlin, Dave Savignano and Kyle Tripp will head up the administration, operations and marketing for the combined hauling and transfer assets and Will Hasty will oversee all landfill operations and development. “The group’s exceptionally strong track record, local knowledge and youth will enable Waste Pro to enjoy a great future in North Georgia.” Financing was provided through Waste Pro’s recently expanded $140 million credit facility.

Waste Pro USA, Inc. announces a new $140 million growth funding program 

Waste Pro USA, Inc. has secured total additional funding of $140 million. Waste Pro headquartered in Longwood Florida, has closed on a $40 million transaction with Ares Inc., a publicly held equity firm, which consists of preferred stock and subordinated debt. This transaction was arranged by W.Y. Campbell & Company, investment bankers. In conjunction with this transaction Waste Pro’s senior credit facility with Comerica Bank has been expanded by $100 million. The financing proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and support Waste Pro’s aggressive organic and selective acquisition growth strategies. Waste Pro which started in 2001, has grown from two trucks to more than 500. The company has 900 employees in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Waste Pro announces Nine (9) New Municipal Contracts

During the fourth quarter of 2006 Waste Pro realized significant additional growth in long-term municipal contracts. Contracts were begun for the cities of Tallahassee, New Smryna Beach, Palm Coast, Loganville, Greensboro, Havana, Bristol as well as Columbia and Flagler Counties. These contracts add $18.2 million in new annualized revenues for Waste Pro. All of these contracts were successfully implemented and Waste Pro has received praise for the professionalism exhibited by our team during the transitions.

Waste Pro adds $35.1 million in annualized revenues in the first quarter of 2006

During the first quarter of 2006 Waste Pro has added $35.1 million in annualized revenues. $14.1 million from tuck-in acquisitions and an additional $21.0 million for new municipal contract awards which will also be merged into existing Waste Pro operations.

In Florida Waste Pro completed three (3) acquisitions and finalized an agreement to complete a fourth acquisition. Waste Pro acquired Wesley Sanitation, Choice Sanitation’s St. Lucie County accounts and Waste Management’s Taylor County accounts. Additionally an agreement has been reached to acquire municipal collection contract assets in Lee County (Fort Myers) Florida.

Waste Pro has been awarded new long-term exclusive contracts for solid waste and recycling collection for the Cities of Winter Springs, Neptune Beach, Bunnell and Port St. Lucie, Florida. The City of Port St. Lucie, which currently has 58,000 homes, is one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., adding from 5,000 to 6,000 new homes every year.

Municipal Contract Awards and Continued Acquisitions Fuel Waste Pro’s Growth

Waste Pro USA, Inc has recently been awarded four (4) new exclusive municipal contracts. The two largest contracts are for Lee County Florida and the City of Sanibel located within Lee County. Both contracts will be served from Waste Pro's newly established Ft. Myers facility beginning October 1, 2005. On the same date Waste Pro will begin contracts for both High Springs Florida and Ridgeland South Carolina. These contracts will be serviced from existing Waste Pro facilities. The four (4) contracts will be for the provision of solid waste and recycling collection for 28,000 residences and over 2,000 businesses totaling $60,000,000.00 during the contract period.

During the third (3rd) quarter Waste Pro finalized two (2) tuck-in acquisitions from Waste Management for their waste collection routes in Taylor County Florida and Elbert County Georgia. Waste Pro expects to internalize three (3) more acquisitions during the fourth (4th) quarter of this year.

Waste Pro announces Two (2) New Municipal Contracts

Waste Pro USA, Inc has been awarded two (2) additional long-term municipal contracts valued at $3.7 million annually. Both contracts will be served from Waste Pro's Orlando, Florida facilities. The Seminole County contract will be for the provision of solid waste and recycling collection to 20,000 residences within unincorporated Seminole County. Also awarded was a residential collection contract for 7,000 residences within the City of DeBary.

Both contracts will be served from Waste Pro's Ft. Pierce, Florida facilities. The St. Lucie County contract will be for the provision of solid waste and recycling collection to 20,000 residences within unincorporated St. Lucie County. Also awarded was a residential recycling contract for 9,000 residences within the City of Ft. Pierce.
These new contracts will bring Waste Pro's total exclusive municipal contract listing up to twenty (20) current contracts, providing services to over 120,000 residents and 3,000 businesses.

Waste Pro USA, Inc announces five (5) new acquisitions completed during the first quarter of 2004. The acquisitions include a C & D landfill, three (3) private hauling companies and Waste Management's waste collection and recycling operations in Putnam County, FL. The private hauling companies include Central Florida Refuse and Lott's Construction Services both located in Orlando, FL and Sunshine Waste Services in Hilton Head, SC. All hauling company acquisitions will be merged into existing Waste Pro operations. The C & D landfill is located in Florida and will allow Waste Pro to internalize a large portion of its C & D waste from its north and central Florida operations. The C & D landfill will also be used in conjunction with Waste Pro's new Transfer Station and Materials Recycling Facility located in St. Augustine, Florida scheduled to open in July. Waste Pro awarded waste collection and recycling contract for Putnam County, Florida

Waste Pro USA was awarded an exclusive five-year contract, with renewal options, for solid waste and recycling collection for Putnam County, Florida. Waste Pro will assume the operations effective April 1, 2004. The contract also includes inter-local collection agreements for the Cities of Palatka and Interlachen. This is a five-year contract worth $15.5 million dollars. Waste Pro was awarded the negotiated contract as a sole source provider based upon its service history and recommendations from other Florida Counties and Cities. Putnam County is centrally located within the current service area of Waste Pro.

September 18, 2003 Robert Hyres, Now Chairman of NSWMA Florida

Longwood, FL. - Robert Hyres, Senior Vice President of Waste Pro has been elected as Chairman of the Florida Chapter of the National Solid Waste Management Association (NSWMA). Mr. Hyres has been active in leadership roles for both the Florida Chapter and the National Arm of the NSWMA. He also serves on the National Government Affairs Committee of the NSWMA as well as serving in other industry association leadership roles.

October 1, 2003 Waste Pro Awarded Patrick Air Force Base Bid

Longwood, FL. - Waste Pro was awarded a five (5) year $2 million dollar contract to provide commercial and residential solid waste collection services to Patrick Air Force Base (PAFB), Florida. PAFB is headquarters for the 45th Space Wing, which provides support for the Kennedy Space Center, launch operations. This key contract will be a nice tuck-in addition to the existing Waste Pro Brevard County, Florida operations.

August 22, 2003 - Waste Pro Enters the Atlanta, Georgia Market

Longwood, FL. -- Waste Pro USA, Inc., through its subsidiary Waste Pro of Georgia, Inc., has acquired Dump All, Inc., which is headquartered in Suwannee, Georgia.  This latest acquisition, coordinated by John Bellamy, President of Waste Pro of Georgia, places Waste Pro in another of the key markets that are targeted in Waste Pro's Strategic Growth Plan.  This acquisition and the start up of the City of Longwood contract jumps Waste Pro significantly ahead of budgeted revenue for FY 2003.

July 25, 2003 - Waste Pro Wins City of Longwood Contract

Longwood, FL. -- Waste Pro USA Inc. has been selected by the City of Longwood, Florida to enter into an exclusive contract to provide solid waste and recycling collection services for all of the approximately 5,000 residents in Longwood.  Waste Pro was selected from a field of six (6) respondents to the City's Request for Proposals.  Waste Pro was not the lowest bidder but was selected based upon numerous factors, which included management experience, very positive service references and Waste Pro's service proposal plan for the City.

May 19, 2003 - Waste Pro Wins Three Contracts

Longwood, FL. -- Waste Pro USA Inc. has been awarded three municipal solid waste contracts in the Southeast valued at $2.8 million. In Florida, the company was awarded a six-year contract for commercial waste collection for the city of Perry, which is 60 miles south of Tallahassee.  Waste Pro's Athens, GA., operation was awarded five-year contracts for residential solid waste collection for the neighboring cities of Jefferson and Arcade.  All three contracts commence June 1.

April 14, 2003 - Waste Pro USA makes two purchases

Longwood, FL. -- Waste Pro USA Inc. has completed two acquisitions in the last month, garnering a key permit to build and operate a transfer station in St. Johns County, FL.
Waste Pro USA, which has operations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, acquired American Disposal Inc. of St. Augustine, FL.  The assets include the company's waste collection and recycling business and a permit to build a transfer station and material recovery facility to serve St. Augustine and Jacksonville.
The company also bought Georgia hauling operations from Browning-Ferris Industries Inc., which is owned by Scottsdale, Arizona-based Allied Waste Industries Inc.  The acquisition includes operations in Oglethorpe and Madison counties.
